Chef Attended Buffets

chopped_kale_saladWe have created these menus for folks who are interested in hosting a special event with catered food, but are open to a simplified menu that is more economically priced than a typical buffet spread.  These fixed fare, flat-rate buffet packages are generally best for casual affairs when ample food service is welcomed, but a lighter less diverse offering of dishes is suitable.

Chef attended hot buffets
$30.00 a person, 24 guest minimum
Service costs begin at $150.00 flat rate for a chef and $125.00 flat rate for a server for up to 4 hours in your venue.  
Final service needs will be calculated based on menu, group size and venue.
(Rented china, flatware, glassware, etc are not included).

“Viva Italy”

Roasted vegetable and penne lasagna, beef or vegetarian
Caesar salad with little gem lettuce, pickled red onion and cherry tomato

“Indian Feast”

Chicken coconut vegetable curry (with vegetarian option)

Roasted root medley with coriander, cumin seed and peas
Raw kale salad with sunflower sprouts, lemon vinaigrette and spiced cashews

“Napa Vineyard Luncheon”

Roasted garlic baked chicken thighs with white wine, fennel and tarragon compote
Roasted seasonal vegetables tossed with fresh herbs
Warm quinoa pilaf with melted leeks and roasted butternut squash
Arugula and raspberry salad with balsamic vinaigrette
